A therapeutic alliance
The client - clinician fit, also known as the therapeutic alliance is incredibly important. Research shows there is a relation between an alliance and the outcome of therapy. We specifically have a team page so the team members can introduce themselves, and you have a chance to begin your clinician selection. When searching for a professional to work with, it may be beneficial to look for someone who works with a certain population or specializes in a particular disorder, diagnosis, or issue. We offer a no-cost consultation for us to determine fit.

Payment Options
We accept some insurances for certain services. Please contact your insurance company to determine what your deductible is, what your out-of-pocket limit is, what your co-pays are for different health services, and whether or not you have any out-of-network benefits. Insurance
We staff licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, all with varied training, certifications, and academic degrees. Session rates vary accordingly and start at $150/50mins. Session Rates
